It is often said there are two things in a person's life that you never take or harm. One is a person's money and the other is their Kids. In keeping that in mind, we value families at Lakeside and it is the goal of our Kidz ministry to love and protect your children and to train them to be disciples of Christ. Mr. Mark Henderson is our Lakeside Kidz Pastor and has served in the role with his wife Jennifer since 2019. Mr. Mark is a credentialed pastor through the Assembly of God. We have several who volunteer their time and teaching talents to serve on our Kidz ministry team. Each of our volunteers go through ministry training with our Children's Pastor and are subject to background checks prior to being allowed to work with kids. Our Kidz ministry is very active in having events for our kids such as VBS, Glow-N-Dark Easter Egg Hunt, Kids School back giveaway, attending summer camp, and other various church events provided by the Georgia District of Assemblies throughout the year. They are also very active in Royal Rangers and Girls Ministry, which are age and gender-specific programs taught on Wednesday nights at 7 PM. We would love to have your children take part in our Kidz ministry program each and every Sunday morning and Wednesday nights! Parents are always welcome to check us out too!
